Why can't I call the Verizon store and talk to a person and ask one simple question that would take one second to answer with "yes" or "no"? It took me over 20 minutes going thru a menu for the computer to tell me I didn't have a Verizon phone.

I just want to know if the store has a certain item I want to purchase... simple yes or no answer. I'm not going to the store on principle. I'll get it elsewhere...

Just dial *611. Instead of calling the store, I normally will call Verizon directly. I get more help through them than I actually do by a store, calling them
