This was rough...no hot water and AC quit midway through the night. I didn't bother complaining as both issues were more so next morning as I was getting ready for work. I just am at a point in my life where I can afford more and I got a what I paid for. Next time will pay the extra 20 for the hotel around the corner.

We were actually traveling very late at night with children. We didn't have a reservation but I was to sleepy to keep driving. We got the last available room. The desk clerk was so kind. Awesome service,check in was fast and easy. Our room was excellent,very clean. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning with waffles. I would definitely recommend this location.

I compared all over Hickory, price per night plus pet fees for our two dogs, and this place was definitely the best value. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, and pet friendly. Far superior to another hotel in Hickory I've used, which had exactly the same rate with our two pets included, but was absolutely repulsive place across all categories.

Very nice. It was convenient and safe. Lobby and hallway was clean. Staff was nice. Water could have been a bit hotter, but that’s ok. I loved the glass shower.
