Let me warn you.I went to Great clips a few weeks ago and the lady who usually cuts my hair was there and I was singing to the baby Jesus . She had someone but no other employee was in sight. Just as soon as she was about to take the drape of anotherr lady came from the back. She was a very pretty brown lady and super sweet. She said she has done hair for 14 years.i was okay with that. But let me tell you..... this was the worst hair cut of my life. Now 3 weeks later my "trim" is still trying to grow. The worst part was she was happy with what she had done. No tmatter if my one side had layers while the other didn't and my layers started at about and inch and a half from my head...but only on 1 side. Not to mention my "trim" took about 7" from my hair!! I am not okay ...please be sure you know who is cutting your hair

On March 18th. Around lunch time.. When I went in I was not greeted. Which I brushed off because the only hair dresser was with a client. another woman walks in after me. I didn't know about the check in online as the hair dresser didn't give a heads up so the other woman was offered a haircut before me. the woman before me said I could go since I was there first. the hair dresser was quick.. not very friendly. I had her cut about 3 inches off my hair and thinned out.. when I get to my car I run my fingers theough my hair and pull out globs of her that was left from her thinning my hair. she didn't do a good job of brushing it out. Didn't realize until I got home that she hacked my hair up. One side is longer than the other. I have chunks in the back. Im honestly just heartbroken. And angry I left such a good tip for someone who obviously does not have passion for their job and didn't care enough to give a decent hair cut. I'm never returning to any great clips.

Worst experience ever!! The stylist cut my real gold chain and was like oh Im sorry. I believe I cut your chain. All the company wanted to give me was my money back for my hair cut and the next one would be free. Seriously I will never be back in there!! The hair cut looks like it was done by a kid. Really! She definitely needs more training!
