The reps are very rude and can't get your order right. Also they enjoy being on their phones more than assisting customers. I'm appalled that the management there do the same things as their employees i.e. being on the phone while working. The black girl in the drive thru had a nasty attitude while on her phone talking to her friends about getting messed up tonight while she's on the clock. Is this how your business co ducts itself? If that's the case I'll take my business elsewhere

Well it's a Wendy's so... overall it's decent. I always get the same thing from here and I haven't had an issue with the place. The only thing that does stick out is sometimes drive through service can be really slow.

Had to wait 15 min for a spicy chicken sandwich. Just because the manager was too lazy to make it and the cashier didn’t have any cook experience. Dine orders take 10minutes Service is really slow Worst wendys in lake county Please stop supporting them since the managers treat the employees really badly.
