I'd rather have good food with bad service than bad food with good service, and we received good food with bad service. Customer service needs some major improvement. A friendly customer hello. A friendly answer to a customer question. Not a rude, snippy response to a simple question about when our order was going to be ready. The only redeeming thing about stopping here today was that the food we ordered was very good. We would stop again to try other food, but I find it hard to tip when someone is just rude when there is no reason to be. Smile, say please and thank you. This was our first stop here. We weren't impressed with the service at all, and if the food wasn't good, we would not stop again.

Sloppily put together. This is a chicken ranchero use to be full of bacon, cheese, lettuce and dressing now it’s just dry chicken tenders in a sloppy wrap. Even gave a 15% tip when I had to pick it up myself. Paulie’s has definitely gone down hill.

Amazing place. Me and my daughter stopped in for lunch because we travelled there for a dentist appointment. Great variety and great service. Very,very CLEAN. Food was very good.
