Once we upgraded to a king room on the second floor, the room was much better. The staff is nice, but the issue is the 'permanent' guests that seem to be housed by the County or some other charity. I asked one guest sitting outside his room if he could kindly turn down his blasting music and was met with verbal abuse/cursing & informed he 'lived' there. Another morning there was a Fairfax County police officer speaking to a guest at the end of our floor. Choose the Elden Street location instead.

Positive: Besides the counters/cabinets being sticky- the room was clean! Staff was EXCELLENT & very friendly! I'd come back because of that... I'll bring my own coffee & mug. Although gave reason for ordering uber eats. lol Negative: No Coffee pot? Counters and Cabinets were sticky.

I went down to visit my sick friend that was staying there. Noori I believe her name was, was so helpful to me. I explained my friend was extremely sick. They don't have ice at the hotel but given her condition and the news I had received after getting there. The gentleman was willing to go across street just to get her a big of ice. They were so HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND EMPATHETIC. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area and need a room.

Extended Stay in Reston VA The room smelled like stale food. In the morning when I turned on the shower, I could a smoke residue. The rooms are visually clean but run down a bit. The bed was very firm but okay to sleep on. Take your own pillow. The noise from the parking lot and room above kept me up all night. The rooms do not have coffee makers. There is pretty good coffee in the small check in space. Not recommended for families.

Shishir Saxena is correct. There is a sign at the front desk that says they do accept cash for long term stays.
