Not a great IHOP. I ordered food through Uber eats. Got a notification it was ready. Went inside to grab it and I’m told it’s not ready yet. They tell me they are probably packing it. So I wait another 5-10 minutes. Ask again if it’s ready. She goes back to check and just comes out and says she didn’t see it. I asked how much longer. She didn’t even ask the kitchen what the status of the order was which I consider poor customer service. So there’s no way for me to even know when to ask again without bothering them. Incredibly disorganized restaurant when it comes to ordering food.

Clean, fast and delicious. We were seated as soon as we walked in the door. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. The wait for our food was short despite the crowd. The place was well staffed and ran smoothly. Will definitely return

Went to Gaithersburg, MD for some errands, and ended near an IHOP. I haven't been in an IHOP in years! It's was a little bit late for pancakes, so I did a chicken sand and some awesome onion rings. Everything arrived my table fresh and hot. Services was nice and fast!

This location has completely UP their game, from service to presentation to quality!! I was happy to rediscover this place again. Their October specials are amazing and they are keeping it lively with Halloween costumes this weekend. If you gave up on this place at some point.. give them another try - you will not disappointed! Special shot out to CJ!!! I hope his management recognizes his hard work!!
