Great, friendly staff. I came in 45 minutes until close and they were able to squeeze me in which I am very grateful for. Only complaint is they forgot to top off my washer fluid because it was still empty when I left.

The oil and filter change were smooth sailing. Sometimes the sales pitch up front is a sometimes helpful like today they found a brake light bulb out. They may have spared me a traffic stop by Montgomery County Police. Thank you guys.

Went in requesting Signature Oil Change. Was brought out to review over $500 worth of "recommended" work. Charged me $50 for a $10 cabin air filter and said they could not find my lug nut lock in the glove box. Got home to find it resting next to the passenger seat, which means that it was removed from the glove box and dropped. Not likely to return.
