**on the day I went the energy from staff was stagnant and gloomy for a stuffed animal store *** I came to this store to make a simple return and to be honest the energy of the two women working there at the time was a bit grim…complete opposite of what you would expect from a store that sells stuffed furry friends/ accessories… that being said the return process was a bit odd my return item had all the tags on it and I had my order invoice with me as I had bought the item online… anyways basically the women Tells me I will be getting a store credit without asking if that was my preferred methods of refund which it wasn’t… so after telling here I want a refund to the original form of payment she proceeds to tell me I need my receipt.. I tell here that I have all the proof/ supporting documents build a bear has sent me and that it’s not my fault if they never sent an official receipt so she basically tells me she will try and see if she is able to refund my card the whole time she kind of has a slight attitude like it’s a major inconvenience for her to figure out the refund… anyways she figures it out… Personally I would not come to this store if I ever wanted to have a bear made on site

This place has really gone down hill. It’s not the same experience it used to be for the children. There were at least 2-4 women working when my son and I came to have a good time and none of the employees were attentive and I was really hoping for an experience for my child. They were unenthusiastic and lackluster. It’s a quick experience for each child so the least they can do is make it slightly fun. They should give these ppl a script, at least it would force them to speak to customers

We built 2 bears for our son here today. The selection seemed to be limited in comparison to other BAB locations, but the staff here is great and it's a lot of fun to make your own "stuffys" as my boy calls them.

Nice place for little kids. I will say I took almost all my kids to build their own bear and they loved the experience. I will say that there is not much for kids to do when it comes to activities. It is more about buying even the useless accessories for the stuffed bear. Yes true, the price is differently not worth the value, however my kids loved their bear. So that I guess is the true value.
