I'm not sure about the "rudeness" others had mentioned in the review. I've been using the serivce for a few years and never had an issue. I never had an issue all these years. I don't mind the driving and seeing the hanger and planes taking off. I'll leave the politics out of this as it's not my business what other people's beliefs are. Just wish the pandemic will be over soon and the boarders to be reopened again.

You would need to call the office and arrange with them about who would be picking up
Usually takes a day to get an email from them after it is delivered. With Xmas it might be 2 or 3 days.
