(I’ll put ratings down below) First experience here at waffle house and it was fabulous 😄. The staff were very kind and basically treated everyone like family. The environment was friendly and nobody seemed like they were in a bad mood. I think the only thing that hurts this review is the quality of food and the hygiene of the area. The bread , hash browns, and bacon were perfect, but the eggs were a little on the down side. I dont know if they actually did but its seems like they didn’t use milk and so the scrambled eggs weren’t really puffy and seemed a bit over cooked and bland. I’m assuming thats for milk allergies? I think there should be an option for that. Lastly, the area was pretty dirty with windows not looking so clean. I also found 3 ants on my table but thankfully they didn’t go on my food. Otherwise I really enjoyed my first experience here and will visit again! Environment: 10/10 Food quality: 8/10 Staff: 10/10 Cleanness level: 6/10 Overall review (stars I give): 4.3/5

Went here about a week ago for a super late night meal before I headed to the airport to catch my flight. Waitress and cook were super friendly off the bat, and we had some good conversation before me and my friend went back out to our car to eat our food. Food was amazing, but then as soon as we went to head out we realized our car battery died… an hour before I needed to be at the airport for my flight. Slightly freaking out, I went back and asked our waitress if she by any chance had jumper cables… and literally thank christ she did. They were able to jump start our car and I made it to my flight on time. Literally life savers!! 10/10 customer service :) Thanks again, hope that they see this review!!! - Eve

I meant to post this review a couple of months ago but forgot and just remembered when I drove past it, so maybe they improved since then but my experience was bad so I felt o should write a review. It took a bit for someone to take our orders, but waiting for our food took FOREVER. The waitresses also didn't have a mask on, and while we were waiting for put food she decided to talk to some random kid she knew?? I dunno maybe it was her nephew or a friend's son but it was just frustrating to be waiting a long time for food and the worker is just sitting down and chatting. The food was good for my sister though, she hot french toast if I'm remembering correctly, I think I got eggs, toast, hashbrown? The eggs were ehh but dinner eggs tend to be hit or miss in my opinion, but the hashbrown? Maybe they ran out of potatoes so they decided to fry pasta noodles in a pan because that's what it tasted like. Not potatoes, noodles. I dont know why or how they did that, but it was gross. The toast was cold and undercooked but quick to cook food getting cold while they're cooking the rest of the food make sense so who cares. I just wouldn't go again or recommend it to anyone. Waited for a long time and wasn't even worth the wait.
