My order has been short numerous times so when I called I was told that my ENTIRE order would be replaced. When I went in the “manager on duty” told me he could only give me the hash browns that were shorted. I told him that’s not what I was told on the phone. He said that’s all he could do. Mind you, I’ve gone in MANY times to pick up my order and he is always rude to someone, he almost ran into me one day and said nothing. Kid has NO manners or manager qualities!! I believe his name was Victor. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Super fast service, and great coffee. The ordering kiosk took a little getting used to the first time, but then it was smooth sailing.

The owners go through employees like fodder. So the staff due to no fault of their own, doesn't have time to grow into a cohesive unit. Which leads to mistakes msot of the time. (if you order a donut on a kisok you have to ask for it.) If you're not in a rush go to any other Cafe in town.

This dunkin repeatedly messes up orders. At least 3 times I've had to go back for missing items. They also don't follow the directions at all. We ask for non-dairy, no sweetener, no caffeine and several times have dealt with extremely sweet, lactose-infused crack lattes. Get it together people. I skipped out on this place for over a year even though I'm right up the street and finally decided to give another try today and the SAME thing. Complete utter disregard by the staff for checking quality and accuracy of orders.
