I called and made an appointment for 3 pedicures for myself, my daughter and my friend. When we got there for the appointment we were sat in the chairs and someone filled our tubs to start soaking…they only had 2 techs for the 3 of us so my daughter had to wait until the 2 of us were completely finished to start her pedicure. Which wasn’t that long of a wait since our pedicures lasted less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Very rushed, no massage was given, no shaping done to our nails…very disappointing since I can paint my own toes and go for the entire experience and not just the polish. My friend and I were rushed to go pay when she just started my daughter’s pedicure because they had a bridal party coming in after us and wanted to ‘get us out of the way’ We stood at the front for about 10 minutes before we could actually pay and the man was so confused at what he was supposed to charge us, he overcharged me by $20. When I told him the woman from the back doing my daughter’s pedicure came up asking what the problem is and when I told her she responded ‘why don’t you just beat him up’ I told her that’s not necessary I’m just trying to pay what I owe and not $20 extra. He gave me cash back to make up the difference and my friend paid and was apparently charged wrong which the same rude lady came over to us as we were getting ready to leave and yells at her ‘what did he charge you?! You owe $20 more!’ As if we are supposed to know that when YOUR employee gave a total and ran her card for that amount. save your time and money, go elsewhere. What an awful experience

I never leave reviews for anything, but this experience was so bad I want to warn others before coming here. I've never felt more uncomfortable in a nail salon ever. It didn't even bother me so much that the owner put the wrong color on my nails. The owner was slapping my hands and yelling and me and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the whole experience as this was my first time there. I tried to leave early when drying my hands since I was running late for another appointment and he yelled at me from across the room and I just froze in my seat petrified. My nails in the end were lumpy and came off 30 mins after I had got them done. As much as I love this town, I don't recommend anyone coming here and I have never felt more uncomfortable in a place that should be considered relaxing
