We didn't have high expectations because it is a two-star motel. However, there was no maid service! We stayed for 2 nights, and when we got back to the room the second day it looked exactly as it had when we left. Also, there's a very scant breakfast service, which we expected, but the juice machine was broken, which meant there was only coffee and tea to drink. Oh, and be prepared : there's no elevator, so you carry your bags up the stairs to your room if you're on the second floor. Employees at the desk were friendly, and the place was clean.

Was working in Kutztown for 3 weeks and honestly they were great. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Only complaint was the bathroom was incredibly dim lol

After staying in a very unsavory Super 8 in Ohio, we ended up at this location the next day! I had read the reviews posted and was very Leary. But, I was very surprised and impressed! The front desk was helpful and very nice. If you're heading this way, don't let the reviews posted here full you! Our room was spotless and the bed and hot water exceeded expectations!

definitely avoid this place. smells pretty bad, clams to be nonsmoking but the bag on smoke detector says otherwise. with in a hour of staying here I booked another hotel tell I'll just have to eat the cost. road noise and paper thin walls are very bad.
