I spoke with Zach about getting a few things taken care of on a new car I bought from out of state, and he was very helpful and got me in right away to have everything looked at. I'm the type that asks a LOT of questions, and the dealership where I bought the car from wasn't very knowledgeable. But Zach listened to every question I had and made sure they were all answered thoroughly. They did a great job of looking over everything, and I'll definitely be bringing my car back for all of its future maintenance/work.

Due to past experience with the dealer I purchased from, I decided not to go there and hope to have a good experience with Midpoint . I must say I did ! They impressed me and did repair my truck with no hassle and I will return for any needed dealer repairs or service and will and have shared with my friends and family. Midpoint is the example of what a dealer can and should be. Hats off !!!! never to return to the local GMC dealer again !

Kenny worked very hard and very fast to get me the car I have been searching for, for literal months! And at a great price! They are very nice and professional. Due to the dealership being over an hour and a half away from me and trying to get everything finalized, I rolled in just before closing, and Vernon and another guy who I cannot remember his name now (I’m so sorry) stayed late to help finalize getting me my car before it was gone! They were absolutely AMAZING!! They made everything as quick and easy as possible! 10/10 recommend!!!
