The waitress gave us great service. The food was luke warm at best. Hot Oatmeal was cold and non edible. This was the third time in a row we visited and had cold or warm food. Probably won't go back.

So I would not recommend going to this Bob Evans. We were there this morning. My pancakes were served cold and I was hoping that was going to be the worst of it but NOPE. My boyfriend was given a free hair with purchase. When it was brought to the waiter's attention he was very kind, apologized, and took care of the bill. The manager, Michelle, didn't even bother to come to the table or say anything to us. As we were leaving my boyfriend made sure to tell her he was the customer who got the hair in his food. She glanced up for two seconds, half-heartedly said "Oh ok. Yeah. Sorry. Come back and see us soon.", and continued doing what she was doing. Very poor manager in my opinion. If something like this happens you immediately come to the table and apologize. She didn't care at all.

This was a great evening...Gretchen was awesome as our waitress and the food came out quickly. The only issue was the gravy and it being mainly onion soup. Being allergic to onions it has been a very rough evening. Otherwise we had a great evening.

In this crazy world right now, Bob Evans came through. Our waitress was awesome. She had a very prompt service, and went the extra mile to get me an off menu entree. To Brandy, Our wonderful waitress, thank you immensely. Our first experience in West Virginia was great. You were super accommodating. To the Cook: Loved the Impromptu Hollandaise sauce. The steak and eggs Benedict was a spectacular breakfast. Thanks Bob Evans.
