I just recently purchased an pair of beat fit pro earbuds at there store. Got refused my money back for them because the serial number wasn't the same as on the beats. But if you look on my iPhone it's the same serial number as the ear buds. This is totally ridiculous and unprofessional from not only the Manger but associates who had involvement and will look into civil law suit if denied my money again. DO NOT SHOP HERE AT DOTHAN MONTGOMERY HWY STORE!!!

The clothes where on the floor and there was noone around anywhere. The staff at the check out was friendly and very helpful when I left I was smiling because of her.
