I've been seen here for allergy and for other issues related and each time I was in and out at a reasonable time, and Dr Winicki explained everything clearly and helped me feel better. Definitely recommend coming here for any ENT related illnesses. And unlike other locations theyre only booking out 2 weeks while others are booking months out which comes in handy

While the patient completes the chart detail, updating their records, accordingly....the office seemingly pays no attention to this update and faxes patient information to a physician that is no longer treating the patient. When calling the office to address the matter, the staff that answered was very dismissive, not taking any accountability for the error nor apologizing. Customer service/satisfaction is just as critical as quality of care provided.

Dr. Sugar has retired from Naugatuck Valley ENT and moved out of state and is no longer seeing patients in the Waterbury area
