Hertz main customer service line was a big joke. Warning: NEVER "PREPAY" FOR A RENTAL, BECAUSE IF YOU RETURN IT EARLY THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS. The office location told me I would be charged for only the 1 day I had the vehicle and not the two days set up originally. False information told at time of return.

They don’t thoroughly check the car before you take it, so they try to blame you for damages and cleanliness of the past driver. Also, because they’re closed early Saturday and all day Sunday they automatically charge you for those days because no one is there to monitor drop offs and this is NOT disclosed to you (I didn’t have that kind of extra money laying around after my vacation). Extremely disappointed and will not be renting through hertz again.

Friendly staff. I was checked out pretty quickly during my most recent visit, but this office seems to be short-handed. During, other visits, the check out process took a while and the vehicles haven't always been ready / detailed. Also, they don't always have the vehicle class you reserve. Still a good place to rent a vehicle and I will be back. (This is the Draper, Utah office)

I needed to start my day early. I arrived minutes before opening. The manager got there late, It took awhile for the office to ready to handle customers. They didn't have enough clean/ready cars. I end up having to accept a different vehicle than I selected. Its clean seal sticker was already broken. It took 38 minutes to drive away with a car.
