Absolutely awful experience. I have used enterprise for many car rentals in the past but will never be using them again. I was hit and it was 100% the other parties fault so while my car was being fixed, I needed a rental. I was informed when I got to enterprise after already dropping off my car that the there wasn’t anything from the insurance on file so that I’d have to pay the money out of pocket while they started the process with insurance even though I was not responsible for the costs associated with the rental because the insurance company would pay for that. Now weeks later, they only took my money, didn’t try to file anything with the insurance and told me if I want a reimbursement, it’s on me. Use anywhere else to avoid the inconvenience and lack of professionalism.

1. I picked up the car at about 5:30 pm the sun was low and very bright and very difficult to see if there were any marks or problems. I recommend you place the car in a shady spot under such conditions. 2. There was only one customer rep present when I arrived and he was helping another customer. He went outside to inspect and sign out another car while I waited inside. While waiting another customer drove up, parked his return and grabbed the customer rep to check in his car while I waited inside. Please respect my time as well and take care of your customers in order of our arrival. 3. My rental car had light colored cloth seats that were covered with coffee stains. Please clean the cars better before re-renting them. 4. The customer rep at the return location was very courteous, helpful and professional.

It’s not every day (or even every year) that I write a review about a local business. But my experience with both the office and phone staff, as well as the Draper Enterprise store manager (I think) compelled me. I have rented two vehicles from that location in the last two weeks. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned with keeping the post-accident frustration with a totaled vehicle as simple, efficient and pleasant as possible. Both cars have been in great condition and were clean and working like it new. My only suggestion/advice, keep up the good HR/hiring practices. I have dealt with store manager Rosie the most. She is sharp, efficient, personable, warm and very professional. When I was dropping off one of the cars I was in a rush to get to the airport for a flight. Without me saying anything she intuitively seemed to sense my urgency. Before I could finish grabbing my belongings out of the back seat, she left the office and met me in the lot, grabbed the keys, and said she would do the inspection and settle the financial stuff and notify me if there were issues later. I still missed my flt, but it certainly wasn’t due to Enterprise in any way. If I was the regional manager, I’d do my best to ensure she is not easily enticed by many other companies looking for, and paying well for 1st class team members like her.
