I went to the Draper Papa Murphy's earlier this evening. The order I placed was not the one I received (I had ordered half Hawaiian/half special order). While the mistake made my nephew very happy (he loves Hawaiian) it left me without my side. I left a comment on the survey and within very little time the store owner called me to apologize and rectify the situation. That is AMAZING customer service. Tim, you have a customer for life now.

It appears they aren't overly concerned with negative reviews (read through them all), so this may just be noise. For the last 4-5 years we've frequented this location many times. We have a family member who hates cheese. Like has a physical reaction to it - repulsed by it - but loves pizza. For some reason, every time I've asked for a budget pizza here minus the cheese I've been told "no". I'm stumped. I get the modifications to the budget pizzas asking for more items, but I'm literally asking for something to be removed (thus saving the company money). I would understand if these were pre-made pizzas, but last Saturday I watched the employee make the "no" pizza from scratch. Here's where it gets dicey for me. The routinely tell my wife they can or can't do it. There doesn't seem to be a policy in place. And for every time they've accommodated her, they've told me no. So it's just an embarrassing encounter every single time. As a result, I just come here less. We're still customers, but they've literally created less business for themselves. Again, it appears they don't care. They must be plenty busy to not address the slew of negative reviews here. All I ask is that you apply the policy evenly. If it's a no, that's fine. If it's a "sure, we can do that", that's great too. Just so I can avoid the unknown - EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Normally this is my go to location, I placed an online order for a medium pepperoni pizza with extra black olives added, came home to realize I got an olive pizza with 0 pepperoni. Of course I cooked it because my kids were hungry and it’s nearing 7 o clock, I called to let them know and they told me because we’ve eaten some of it they can’t do anything. Not even a single “ I’m sorry”, I get it gets busy but I paid $14 for a medium pizza with olives on it. Compassion is all it takes to make someone feel better or yet an apology for their mistake. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if they weren’t so rude about the approach, but I didn’t feel they corrected their mistake, and their illiteracy costed me money. So whatever my two year old didn’t want to eat went in the trash.

The family was excited to eat the Mediterranean pizza tonight. We ended up moving the toppings to one side for the kids. The tomatoes didn’t taste right, like they were a bad batch or something? Kind of disappointed. Also the last time we had normal crust and forgot to ask for it again this time. The employee didn’t ask what crust we wanted and we ended up with the thin crust, which we didn’t like either. Oh well. At least we don’t have Covid. So we’re grateful for the big things. 😂😷👍🏻😁🍕
