Where do I begin!!! My family was in Utah to find a place to live. So we decided to stay somewhere less expensive due to the fact we would hardly be in the room. First and last night there after my daughter showered she went to pull back the covers and there was dried up BLOOD stains on the sheets. We went straight to the front desk. They couldn’t change our room because they were completely booked. But informed us that we could get a refund. So we packed our stuff and left to another hotel. Next day we get an email saying they denied our refund because we used the shower and because our check in time to the time we found the stains was too long. I’m absolutely disgusted at the fact that these people work in hospitality and customer service and expected us to be okay with BLOODY sheets!!!!! Do what’s right and give me my money back!!!!! Absolutely horrible and nasty hotel!!!!!!

As I begin, please note, dingy is not dirty. The beds had very clean white sheets and were very comfortable. The room as well as the property has not been updated since it opened. There are plenty of scuffs and scratches to be found on every wall. I had to fix the chain in the toilet tank that had been rusted. The top tiles of the shower were covered with dust and the shower curtain needs to be replaced as it is worn. We asked for a first floor room before we arrived and we’re given one. Unfortunately there was a dog in the room across the hall that was barking and could be heard through the two doors. I was glad that happed just as I arrived, so the room could be changed. Hot waffles, cold cereal, and hotel coffee made up the good parts of the free breakfast. The staff was kind and took care of concerns. It’s dingy and more on par with a property that should cost in the $30-40 range. But we slept well and felt safe.

The staff was very nice. It was a very quiet hotel. The rooms weren't the cleanest but other then that it was a very good hotel. We didn't have any problems during our stay

I used to enjoy staying here. Good location for events and amenities in the local area. The last 2 times I've stayed my room wasn't even cleaned. Very poor value for the money. I will be staying in other motels in this general vicinity.
