Great total gym. Not too crowded and plenty of room for many more people. Opens at 5am on week days. So I can get a workout in before work.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is clean and usually in good working condition. They need to put security cameras outside to keep an eye on theft. There have been quite a few car thefts lately. They also need more 2.5 and 5 pound weights.

Great Gym! And if they cleaned up/switched out this shower curtain that had mildue or mold on it; I believe they'd have a better customer experience & company image. (I've brought the shower curtain to them a few times over a span of a week or more. Maybe the shower curtains are on back order.. maybe the emoyees just don't care. Either way it proves to be a poor company image & provides a less than wholesome customer experience.) Everything else, I'd say is great!

Stay Away from VASA! Once I tried to cancel my membership over 1-1/2 ago, with emails going back and forth. They would not cancel my membership. For the past 6 months I'm getting Dailey calls from VASA to pay. Then they pawned my account off to lawyers(collectors) who have been calling me dailey. So now I have to lawyer up to get VASA to cancel my membership. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they don't care about you, they only care about their bottom line which is money, not customer service. They have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Stay away from Vasa!!
