Worst Napa ever I think I brought a bearing with the number in it .. they won’t able to match it they said.. Are you serious? I work with other Napa store and they always make it work but this guys they don’t even trying.. hilarious 😂

I tend to only go to Napa when I'm having a difficult time tracking down a part. They can be a little more expensive at times, and on occasion not very quick to help who's standing in line. Thankfully, they are more helpful than not.

Napa just lost a life long customer. They decided to stop selling assorted nuts and bolts, that has been the #1 reason I have done most of my shopping at napa. I understand the nuts and bolts don’t make a lot of money but it gets us big spenders in the door because we need nuts and bolts plus hundreds of dollars worth of parts. After that disappointment, I tried to borrow a tool and was informed the tool loan program was discontinued. 🤷‍♂️🤔 I can’t think of any good reasons to shop here over other stores.
