Alright where do I start? My friend and I walked in and waited for I will say about 5 to 10 minutes just to get seated! We go to get seated and most of the tables are dirty and the place was not even busy! Very terrible attitude from the workers and our drinks and food took a very long time to come out. I had to ask for refills once we got our drinks and it was super hard to get our waitresses attention. After we ate we were charged wrong but that's not all. Right as we finished eating both my friend and I started feeling sick. On the walk back to the car she through up and when I called back to let them know of the situation and try to get a refund and forget about the terrible experience, I was very rudely denied a refund because the food was "consumed." After I informed them of the terrible service, food and us getting sick. I will be reaching out to corporate to further speak to someone more professional that actually cares.

I'm sorry being in the food industry for about 8 years but this was the absolute worst service I've ever had I paid $14 for these shakes that were smaller than my hand after saying something to the female working all she said was sorry. I Can't do any thing about fixing them.i WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN THEY DESERVE 0 STARS!!!!!!!

Great service, Sonia is amazing, the food was great and was served quickly. If you have any problems they solve them with no attitude.

Check your silverware. Check your food. Check the check. Mistake after mistake, It took 4 sets of silverware to come up with 2 forks. After the 1st dirty fork the waitress said oh did you want a different set? Finding a chunk of food between the tines had me asking for a manager. They did not have a manager but a senior waitress tried to help. She asked if I wanted some boiling water to wash the silverware myself. Then she offered me plastic. Then she suggested I should just bring my own silverware. I was stunned. We should have just gotten up and left then. I tried my food, then saw some foreign object in the potato pancake. It was halfway out of its shell. I can't eat this. I leave an entire meal on my plate, but noone asks if there's a problem. Then she brings the bill and it's wrong too. I ask her about the check and she says let me go get the manager. I wait while he goes to the wrong table. He comes over and asks if I want a box for my meal. No, I'm not eating that. I tell him everything brought to me is wrong but he tunes out. He takes $3 off the bill and the nasty silverware. They made me feel like a Karen for wanting clean silverware. I paid under protest, but he didn't care. Never again!

Mask required until you are seated. Plexiglass safety dividers. Disinfecting after each guest. That's about it.
