WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Waited an hour in line for the teller to tell me I needed to speak with someone at the desks, they were closed. Then was told they were open the following day until 1, went it around 11am for the SAME GUARD to tell me they were no longer taking appointments. Waste of my time, WILL NOT BE BANKING WITH SUCH A PATHETIC BANK.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We went in to combine our accounts after getting married. Hector was confused throughout the process and did not understand our request even though it was fairly simple (I also work at a bank). He also attempted to talk us out of the secured credit card we wanted in the hopes of gaining a commission for himself. Finally, Hector promised that my husband’s debit card would still work, but it does not. Now we will have to go wait in line again (at a different location!) for what should have been a short, simple visit. Overall, this was absolutely unacceptable service, and we definitely will not be going to this branch ever again. UPDATE: It's been about a week and a half and we have discovered that Hector literally did not do a single thing that we asked of him. Now we are in a serious bind, and he has caused us so many problems. I cannot believe how unprofessional and horrible the service was. I hope B of A gives Hector some serious repercussions for these failures.

Well I don't go anymore to this bank yes I agree with the the ones "resolve" your concerns they don't listen to you they do it in there way any way
