Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

In my 27 years as a B of A customer this is the WORST branch I've ever experienced. When I stopped by for a notarized signature today I was informed an appointment is required & they could fit me in 3 days from now. This was especially galling since the bank wasn't busy, employees were socializing amongst themselves or twiddling their thumbs, & it takes less than 5 minutes to notarize a document. B of A management needs to flush this toilet & start over with new employees.

Asked for a bag for change deposit refuse to give me more then one and when I asked bankers she gave me too different reasons. They are being so cheap when you have been a client for many years

I have been banking at this branch for the past few years. I was there in the past two days to do some transactions there was only pne teller there. There are people waiting impatiently to take care of their business but they have to wait. I believe this branch and this bank don't give a damn about people's time. I decided to pack and move my business to somewhere else where i don't have to waste my time.
