This neighborhood Safeway in Midtown is my favorite! For a big chain, the staff always makes it feel like your small town grocer. Want to try the fruit? Just ask! Better yet... when you're craving that perfect piece of steak for you and the fam- talk to Richard in the Butcher department!! I made a small comment about a thicker slice of steak and he gave me freshly cut beautiful thick steaks!! You've got a true butcher when you visit here! (Tip: you pay by the lb folks so you still get the sale price! 😘) And the bakery was so kind to help me find the best kind of 100% whole wheat bread. Truly, the staff and clean environment keep me coming back!

Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Josie at self checkout is so kind and helpful and there's an older gentleman usually in the cart area with the most positive attitude and always kind words for the customers. Also, the lady butcher was very friendly when I approached her about an item I couldn't find.

It's a good grocery store and we go there often. There friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is when they stock the shelves in the dairy department there's certain things that start going bad quick. The example I can give you is I like to get certain kind of Rice pudding there and sometimes they have it sitting in a pile of other things to shelf. The Rice pudding as it starts warming it'll start getting runny and I can't stand it like that. They need to get the more sensitive items put away right away. That's the biggest problem I've got with that store. I can't stand it when we buy a bunch of puddings and we hurry and get them home and in the fridge and they'll be all watery from sitting out waiting to be put away for who knows how long.

Baked goods section is the best of any grocery store I've been to. Cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Many self-checkout terminals for folks with a few items. The Starbucks is always busy in the morning and the coffee aroma is great
