I usually order and pick up later… the pick-up area needs more training… if you call them they will not answer for long periods.. and when they do they may hang up… they packed my groceries horribly... I bought at least 7lbs of nacho cheese.. and they placed it.. in the bag with my bread.. their replacement is the worst.. and if you have to get substitutes to do it quickly because you only have 20-30 to figure it out.. some times you will miss this option to pick before because you may be already on your way…I think it’s because.. this fry’s does not stay well-stocked.. and has no sushi bar.. to keep me distracted.. the food selection is basic .. no need to search.. what you see is what you get.

Every week I buy something on sale and prices are different in the shelfs than at the register. So annoying!!! And then they make you to see customer service to make it right, and there is always crazy line and very slow service. Boo!!

Customer service is not an important factor!! 3 people needed help and that text and the conversation with her home girl was more important work!!

It's Saturday day and they only have 3 check out lanes open. After sitting in a line for about 10 minutes the cashier said she had to leave. Thats fine with me. She can leave. Whats not fine is there not being a relief for her when she does have to leave. There is no work shortage. There is a workforce finally realizing their worth. Pay people and they will line up at your doors to work for you. Walked out without making my purchase. I refuse to give money to companies like this anymore.
