BPD has always stood for professionalism. I have yet to meet a BPD officer that did not treat me with respect and understanding. I still received tickets, and I still paid them. But BPD made it a painless, straightforward occurrence. A+

The Bremerton Police Department was caring, well trained, and very interested in helping my daughter who suffered with mental illness. Throughout her struggles here, they always approached her with kindness and consistency. They kept track of her when she was in the area. When she died, they took over jurisdiction on her case when they didn't have to, and showed great care and concern. God Bless them!

911. Tell them what's going on.
It's breaking, and entering. If he doesn't live there and isn't allowed on the property. You have to report it when it happens.
Nope, unfortunately it's not unusual around here. If I had heard it I would have called.
Yes, dumpster diving is illegal in every state of this country. If it is your own trash you are wanting to dumpster dive, go right ahead. You cannot dumpster dive here in Bremerton. It's trespassing and theft. It remains the property owners property until waste management picks up trash. Then it becomes their property. At no time is it available for you to pick through unless it says "FREE".
You contact the police.
