I surrendered my firearm's and my CPL (Concealed Pistol License) and their deputy LOST MY CPL. I got my guns back which were surrendered with that. But he never filed it on the receipt so now I have to pay for a new CPL. when i picked up my firearms, they had no idea what I was talking about. I found this to be very unprofessional and careless

Ahhh, they don't call it kidnap County for nothing. They unlawfully made me surrender my weapons, they broke their oath to the state and federal constitution, all under false pretenses. After the commissioner dismissed the false claims against me (guilty until proven innocent), they "granted" my private property back to me, and gave me back my supposed unalienable rights. Week number 3, I am still waiting for my private property. They told me because of the "background check". I know, from experience, a lot of experience, that this particular background check does not, and should not take this long. It's truly disgusting, a bunch of oath breakers, "just following orders" - gee, where did I hear that before. History repeats itself, and kitsap county is on the wrong side of it. How can they expect law abiding to support them if they are violating peoples rights and breaking the law of the land? It's atrocious. May I suggest they all read sheriff Richard Mack's book, The County Sheriff: America's Last Hope, and educate themselves.

On 7 Dec 2020, after shopping at Costco in Silverdale, my wife placed her purse in the car, shut the car door, and moved to the hatch to unload her purchased items. When she got in the car, the car wouldn’t start - saying “No key present”. She then noticed her purse was missing, with car keys, phone, credit cards, Driver’s License, Military Dependent ID, and other items including at least two checks. She borrowed a phone to call me in Port Orchard, and I drove to Silverdale with her extra car keys. When I arrived, she began calling the credit card companies to cancel her cards. I used the ‘Find my iPhone’ app, and located her phone at the Costco gas station. We drove to that location, but the iPhone blip had moved. We called the Kitsap Sheriff’s Office to report the theft, and said we were tracking her phone. Deputy Joseph Ring came to our location fairly quickly, and after hearing our story, said he was going to Walmart - the current location on the FMP app. He called us in five minutes, and said he had the phone and to meet him at Walmart. Deputy Ring had called my wife’s number, and two young ladies said they had found the phone in the Costco lot and were trying to locate the owner. When we arrived at Walmart, Deputy Ring gave my wife her phone, and then gave me an exhaustive and thorough list of the steps we should take to resolve the problems caused by the theft. He provided us with a case number and business card, and said he would keep us apprised of the case status. My wife was distraught, and Deputy Ring was patient and kind with her, while being very professional and incredibly thorough with me. Deputy Ring followed up on two occasions to update us on the case. When we reviewed the Incident Report, it is clear he invested significant time in investigating this theft and tracking the perpetrators. We want to commend Deputy Sheriff Ring for his knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism and his constant courteous and caring manner toward us thoughout this ordeal. There are many dissenting views these days about the value of the police in the community, but if more people were exposed to the ideals exhibited by Deputy Sheriff Ring, there would be no doubts that he and his peers provide an extremely necessary and very valued service for our entire community.

Unfortunately, we had to go into the office to follow through with placing a witness statement. We were told by young man at front desk that the officer 'team' I needed to speak with was out of office for another week but to call 911 and ask to speak to an officer to place our witness statements. This was very unfortunate because the case that needed the witness statement was at a very critical point. Anyways, we called 911 and to our surprise an officer who said he was on the scene that night answered the phone!!! Hmmm?! Either they're that unorganized or they were trying to make it more difficult to put in our witness statements. They also could really use more training in de-escalation of mental health crisis.

I'd call the non emergency number and ask the Sheriff's department.
Hi Michael, if the vehicle is on the public right-of-way and was not moved for 24 hours, you can report it using this online form: https://www.cognitoforms.com/KitsapCounty1/KCSOAbandonedVehicles
You would have to go to the court house to get a copy of it. I think it may cost you a little bit of money though
No to everything except letters. There is even rules on those. The best thing is to just carefully read the jail website. It explains the rules on what you can send. For books, the only way is that it must be shipped directly from the bookstore. like amazon.
The only way is to go to the website and then you can add money to inmate's trust account. There is also a kiosk in the jail lobby where you can do this. Whichever way you decide, you need a credit/debit card. The previous advice you got from "Annette Potter" is totally wrong. Do not send the jail a money order. It will never see the light of day, the jail will have "lost it"
