Quite possibly the least stressful DMV experience I've ever had. We were in and out in less than 30 min. We had to do an out of state vehicle transfer, and the lady who helped us through the process (Jeannie) was such a sweet and pleasant lady. Very pleased with this DMV.

I was a bit concern because as a Hispanic older woman I've felt my share of rejections in WA state as I'm new here, but Ms. Jeannie was great, attentive, customer focus, and informative. It was a good experience.

I ordered my tabs online and went to pick them up today on 21Dec2021. There were 2 people ahead of me as well as one person being helped when I walked in I read the sign which was written in red stating that if you’re here to pick up tabs announce it when you come in and have your ID ready. I asked the 2 people ahead if they’re internet pick up and they said no so I asked the woman with the brown shoulder length hair with bangs and I said I’m here to just pick up my Tabs and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and eluded as if I made her mess up on this man’s paperwork. As she was getting up she continued to roll her eyes enough to make me ask her why she was acting this was when I’m just doing what the sign instructed me to do. I felt really disrespected and embarrassed. I understand the work shortage and high demands but that shouldn’t be taken out on costumers.

What is the point of doing online renewal if you're still made to wait in line? How does that make any sense? Why not have a dedicated line for internet pickup? Now I'm being made to wait and potentially be exposed to COVID for a longer period of time. Not to mention there is no actual line or take a number so customers are just kind of forced to remember who came in when. But at least the staff is friendly and helpful very knowledgeable. Not a terrible experience but definitely room for improvement.
