The teenage lifeguards are extremely rude. I asked a simple question and was given attitude immediately. It was my first time there and will be our last.

The lockers have been locked shut- Seems like they could open them up & maybe rent them out? Why have them if swimmers cant use them? There seem to be alot more pros than cons to opening up the lockers. The Staff has always been attentive & helpful. The pool has also been in fine operating condition (from the eyes of the swimmer). It may be a tad warm for the active lap swimmer, but I wold prefer it to be warmer than too cold. They used to have discounts for military retirees. It would show alot of support if at least a nominal discount was reinstated.

This happened at open swim 1715-1900. Let me start this by saying the pool manager is professional and reasonable and the front desk worker was great but the life guards will ruin your experience. Not every one but there’s a few who mope around the pool like they can’t be bothered to sit in a chair. There is a rule that anything a life guard deems unsafe they can stop. Okay perfectly reasonable but some take advantage of that and aren’t happy with anyone doing anything besides floating. If you want to take you kid or toddler to a place with non uniform policy where they will be screamed sporadically by different life guards for swimming until all the fun has been sucked out of their pool experience by a teenage tik tok star with a ramen noodle haircut this is the place for you. Also idk how often they check their suggestion box because it was overflowing. In all seriousness the young adults working here would benefit tremendously from some training on how to act professionally in an adult environment.

Ok, so the pool area is super clean and well kept up, but one of the ladies at the front desk is infuriating (no cs skills). But mainly- it is expensive! I have never had a public pool cost so much for so little time. Plus the hours are super slim. It is only open for 3 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. Some full days on weekends, when they aren't doing lessons or training.

What is told, the lap swimmers don't like it any warmer. (I think it shouldn't be up to them, but the freezing cold children..)
