I had a very good appointment with Kayla Cook. She listened to my concerns and took an ample amount of time to address them. I did not feel rushed with her at all. A member of her office staff called me with the results of my blood test. She explained that my LDL cholesterol was high but indicated that I was low risk for cardiovasular problems. I didn't understand why that would be the case and she said that she didn't understand why Kayla indicated that. When I called her back and asked for a more complete explanation she seemed bothered that I would request clarification. I did not appreciate her attitude and her condesending tone. I will not be returning to this office.

Front staff is always welcoming and friendly. Since it is one of the only walk-in clinics around, there's almost always a wait of about a half hour before you're seen, but the upside is that this is the first place I've been to where I don't feel rushed or like my provider, Jessica Sisu, is desperate to get to a next appointment. I actually feel comfortable talking about additional issues and asking questions because I'm not a burden on someone's time. I am also never pressured to take a certain path. I get honest advice when I ask, but am not guilted or belittled if I want something different.

I was recently a walk-in patient and there here was a two-hour wait time before the doctor could see me. However, all staff members were pleasant and helpful. The doctor was very sincere and spoke directly to me with genuine sympathy instead of simply reading off my paperwork, which I greatly appreciated.

My family and I have been here multiple times and have always received excellent care from different providers at the clinic (I or a family member have been seen by every provider there at some point in time). They have always been friendly and fun with my kids, as well. I like that there's a phlebotomist there to draw blood whenever needed. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is due to clerical errors by the front office. A couple of the front office staff are friendly and helpful, while others are cold and unhelpful.
