Ordered pizza online and received a message that it was ready. I went to the store to pick it up and it's not ready. Waited at the store for an additional 30 minutes to receive a pizza I ordered almost an hour ago. Then when I get home one pizza is nice and hot and the other one is cold. Terrible customer service.

This location needs to be close and the boss need to be fired bc she was rude on the phone and my order was wrong and I told her and she said oh then gosh I’ll give you back your money all rude

Just got off the phone with a woman after needing to cancel an order. After cancelling, she rudely hung up on me without explaining any details of what the refund process is. I had to call back, and because there must be caller ID, PICKS UP AND YELLS AT ME. Haha! I legit laughed out loud because I just wanted to cancel an order and ask when the refund would hit my account. Crazy. Sorry, but this girl needs to go. Let her see this. She was so rude. Do better, little Caesars.
