Ordered online for “asap” still waiting 35 mins later. Tracker says it has been in the oven for 25 minutes. I finally walk in to ask, and the cashier doesn’t greet me. He replaced the receipt paper, walked in the back for 2 mins then came back and asked how he could help me. I asked where my order was and he said “they didn’t keep track of it very well, it will be out in a few mins”. Literally the only reason to come here is because it supposed to be fast, but when it takes longer than getting a pizza from a pizza place it actually taste GOOD, what’s the point? Not coming back

What's going on with this location? I placed an order with the app on January 4th and when I went to pick it up they had a sign on the door saying closed and the people inside told me my order would be refunded within 24 hours. 6 days later I still do not have a refund and tried to stop at the store today and they have another sign on the door saying they close at 9:00 p.m but the doors are locked at 3:00 p.m..

I have ordered pizza twice from here. Once I picked up and once I had it delivered. It was delicious, hot and fast. When I picked it up in person the lady was so kind who work there to show me how to access it from the machine was it’s hot and ready and she even threw in some little shortbread cookie pizza cookies. They were so good and she was so nice. I love the pretzel pizza and I hope that it stays on the menu! The prices are amazing.
