Very disappointed in my first time experience. I took my 8 month old dog in for her first professional grooming. The groomer talked to my dog for half a second and instantly tried to put the leash over her, I understand this is mandatory to do… but she didn’t spend any time at all trying to pet her or comfort her and show my dog she could trust her. After she put the leash on, I put my dog on the floor and she instantly tried to pick her up. It scared my dog and she yelped and ran away nervously. After this 60 second encounter, the groomer then told me today wasn’t a good day for her and I should “try mobile grooming, because Sundays are busy and she’s too nervous for them to work on her today.” I wish they had taken the time to actually comfort my dog and make her feel safe for more than 2 minutes. My dog had no issues at PetCo where she got her shots when the vets actually took 5 minutes to comfort her, she loved everyone. So now I’m left with no groomed dog and not even recommendations on somewhere else to go. As far as I know, PerSmart has lost my business.

Justin is the best! He takes such good care of my dog even though he struggles with anxiety. He always looks so good and smells even better afterwards. We will keep going to Justin as long as he is there!

I'd been having difficulty finding Ark Naturals brushless toothpaste and I was happy to find them restocked. I also buy Burt's Bees shampoo for my Yorkshire terrier and her hair is soft, silky, shiny and healthy with this product. The staff are all so very friendly. Their prices are great and I highly recommend PetSmart

A little bit frustrated in that they are mostly focused on cats and dogs with very little for other animals. Once I did finally find the item I needed they were out of the larger size. Not sure if that’s common. But unlike other stores I was easily able to find someone to help me which was nice. One person checking out and there was consistently a line.

I was in there for quite a while yesterday and people were in and out with dogs the whole time I was there. I would say that it's safe to take your dog into get its nails done.
You would have to call them

I went through all the courses with my dog (female trainer - i cant remember her name....thinking Pam or Pat....tall thin lady with brown hair) the training was excellent and i learned alot. I feel it was well worth it and have even used the training on other dogs ive had. She never hit or told us to hit our dogs/puppies.....stern voice & quick tug on leash but no hitting or yelling.......
They do dog adoptions on Saturday's 11 to 4 I believe
