we went through the drive thru, the employees were extremely rude to us. we ordered the 2 for 5 and we’re told we didn’t order the 2 for 5 and if we are gonna order it we need to remind them. they rushed us also while we were ordering. we ordered three blue raspberry slushes one with icecream which barely had any icecream, and the slushees we’re watered down and didn’t even taste like blue raspberry. i ordered a cotton candy blizzard and it had maybe 2 bites of cotton candy in it. i have never had a problem usually with this place but tonight was awful experience. no clue who was working but it was at 9:40 pm on April 26th.

Location was out of several menu items when we visited. The food we did end up getting was pretty miserable in quality. Location wasn’t very clean. Only good thing about our stop here was it was cheap.

It's unfortunate, these kids are not very motivated. I've never gotten food without sitting for 10-15 minutes. The guy before me didn't get his blizzard for about 10. He sat down and waited. There are 5 or 6 people no lines. The walls are splattered with something. You can here them say things like "what's that smell" which made me not want to eat what I ordered I chalk it up as a 12 dollar loss and a reminder. DQ was an icon, this location really reminds me that it's not anymore.

We stopped in for a cool treat. It was a really hot day on our way to Texas. The ice cream we ordered was delicious but my sundae was missing my cream and nuts. No big deal just handed them to me after the fact. The cashier that took our order never greeted us and had a long sad look upon her. She may need to be retrained in customer service. It was kind of a drag. I hope she learns to greet customers with a warm friendly smile to make them feel welcomed.
