Had a bad night and decided to get Arby's 10 mins till close, the young lady working was so sweet though. She could've been grumpy about me showing up so close to the end of her night but no she was a total sweetheart and had the cutest scooby doo mask. She turned my night around, I didn't catch her name but if you worked Monday night til close and you have a orange scooby doo mask thank you for being you, you deserve a raise!

I drive doordash just left the store. They refuse to give me a cup holder and a plastic bag. They handed me two large paper bags and two large cups. And expect expecting me to carry this to my car and to my customer. The girl blatantly lied to me and said that they had no cup holders. she then told me that they are just not supposed to get them out to door dash. I'm confused. Did my customer not pay for their meal? Did they not pay for a cup holder and a plastic bag? Yes they did. They should be treated as any other customer. This was just absurd. They should be ensuring they package Doordash orders properly. I will not go back there

Love Arbys but this one toast the buns so they taste burnt!! They need to turn the toaster down a notch. The burnt taste takes away from the delicious roast beef!!!
