They never have the advertised items in stock!! The in-store eatery was too expensive and was out of what I wanted, ie. guacamole, shredded beef, rolled tacos, etc.

Was in town so we popped in to get some cookies. Quick trip in and out. Store looked very large and well stocked. We were just in the bakery and deli area, and they were busy. Store clean. Employees friendly. People shopping. Easy in and out parking lot.

The place smelled awful, like fish tacos that went bad and the smell stretches to the parking lot to the extent that I could smell it while still parking. The floors inside are badly in need of cleaning and repair and the amount of random groups of people hanging around the side of the parking area makes parking feel precarious. The lighting was dim inside and when I found an associate to ask about the customer service window being closed seemingly prematurely I was told it closes "whenever" depending on whether or not they can staff it and anything that normally requires going there absolutely cannot be handled at a register. I did not make a purchase since I did not anticipate customer service being closed at 7pm. I absolutely would not trust the quality of products here given the smell and appearance of the store itself.

They advertise cooked chicken meal for Friday Saturday and Sunday yet no matter what time you come they are out, even at 320pm and they said they are not making anymore because they close in an hour and a half... Why even advertise if you never have it, or only a select few people are able to get one. I really like this store too and shop here all the time but about 1 in every 4 to 5 trips am i able to get the chicken meal. They would make so much more money if they consistently had it, but seriously it's not even dinner time and they are out and not making any more?!!!!
