Very different service when Sam is not there. Ordered drinks and my wine was delivered in an unwashed glass - disgusting greasy fingerprints on the outside and clearly not washed. I'm not sure how the bartender and server missed that. Sent that back and second glass had soap scum all across the top and inside the glass - at least this one was washed! I told the server about my gluten allergy, she showed me the gluten free menu on the kiosk and then I placed my order stating again the gluten allergy. My food arrives with texas toast on the plate - now contaminating my food. My gluten/celiac allergy is not an option or a choice, so train your staff to be more understanding and figure out a way to provide clean glasses. We are there generally once a week and this has never happened with Sam. Thanks Sam for always providing great service, I'm sorry you weren't there this time.

Gone to this Chili’s twice now and had bad experiences both times. Much prefer the one in Oro Valley and all the other ones I’ve been to. Not sure if it is a management problem or what, but I have gone to Chili’s 100 plus times all over the country and have only had bad experiences at this one. Last night, my wife and I went because we had a coupon for free chips and queso. When we asked for our free chips and queso our server said we aren’t allowed to use that coupon. I pushed back and told her that I have used this coupon, the free appetizer coupon, and free desert coupon dozens of times and she still refused. She seemed flustered and was not helpful or attentive and was rather rude throughout the whole evening. The food at this Chili’s is also lower quality than any other one I have been to. The chicken crispers were so ever cooked that I should have been given a saw to cut them, and the broccoli was extremely dry like it had been left out for a few days. Avoid this place and either go to a different Chili’s or just go to Cracker Barrel down the road. Way better food and friendlier service.

Nothing special. Boneless wings tasted like frozen Tyson with BBQ sauce. Maybe 10-15 fries. White spinach queso was good, had some taste to it. Potato soup tasted like it was from a can.
