Every time I set up an appointment it's always an excuse for why they can't see my car or they're always short handed... Last time they had my car for 24 hours then call me the next day to tell me that they wasn't able to check out my vehicle that I have to reschedule for another appointment for 3 weeks out.. But a white person came in 2 hours late for their appointment and they were able to get him in...mmm..its Still loves the Chevy brand just not this heavy company

Don't provide any personal info until you get a written agreement that they will not run your credit. they almost cost me my home loan. they were told from the start not to run my credit because i was paying by cash/check. in addition the vehicle has many electronic issues that were undisclosed at the time of purchase.

Gypsy was great and Very helpful. She kept me well informed about what was going on. It took a few days for the techs to diagnose the problem she immediately gave a loaner. And kept me updated on a regular basis. The only problem I have with the service was that when I got home and looked the car over I noticed that there was a lot black boot marks on my cream colored carpet.

Absolutely the best experience at a dealership ever. Really! They treated me well, they gave me a great value for my vehicle, and the staff was absolutely the best. If it weren't for how they worked I would not have walked out with my favorite vehicle ever. Brent, Candy, Nathan, and everyone else are probably the nicest, funniest, and most respectful staff ever. I would highly recommend this dealership. They will work with you and they are honest and up front in their process. This I can't say for all dealerships. I was able to walk away on the plus side, and know that once my old car is ready, they will be able to sell it easily for a profit for them. That's a win/win in any book. I honestly would recommend this dealership if you need a new/used/certified pre-owned vehicle. I would also say, please make sure the owner is there when you go in, he is the straightest shooter in this business, and I don't see that often. I have bought my fair share of cars over my lifetime, and this group of people will give you the best service, and what's more the most honest, ever.
