On. July 1 st I rented a room one bed they charged me 99$ plus 150$ deposite well in morning get ready to leave I go to front desk and I tell them I'm checking out the lady comes out to check te room ok doesn't come back to front desk calls her man that is in the back room he he comes and says the room smells like smoke welll I say I don't smoke so why u saying it smells like smoke so this person goes over sticks his nose in the room and says definitely smells like smoke like smokei say if it that u want to keep my deposit I go for it I left never going back

Good room for the price. The room was clean and the parking area was well lit.

This little gem is why you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Friendly customer service and great rates. This newly remodeled Motel will have my business as long as I am in Silver City New Mexico. I highly recommend this Motel as it is a clean and safe place with great outdoor lighting. The outside has yet to be updated but soon to come. Avoid the chains and stay local.

Traveling through the area. Saw this $68/nt independently owned and operated motel. It was just what we needed. Room was clean, pillow top bed was comfortable, shower was hot and strong, parking lot well lit and secure feeling. King room had a new couch and table. Microwave and refrigerator. They didn’t have breakfast but offered 10% off at the Denny’s next door. Talked with the new owner. He is nice and doing everything himself.
