Chicken salad sandwich is hugh and has really nice taste. Diffinately will order again. Arby's roast beef always good too.

Filthy! Even the cashier’s hands were dirty! Food was old. Buns were soggy. Everything leaked through the bag. Debris all over floor. All tables were dirty. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon. No other customers were present and we counted at least 4 employees; two standing around. Drink area had trash everywhere. Editing to add their gracious reply left me to follow a link only to tell them the same things again and require information from a receipt I do not have. Very unfortunate this is how you treat concerns. I think I will now report this to the local health department instead!

Had to drive 90 minutes out of our way from AZ to CO due to a wild fire on highway 60 just east of Globe and stopped for gas and lunch in Lordsburg, NM. This Arby's is attached to a service station/convenience store. It was clean and well-staffed. Was pleased to see some new menu items including a "Creamy Mediterranean Chicken Wrap" which my wife ordered. Smallish in size for the big price of $6.19 for just the wrap which is why I'm giving a rating of four stars, but tasty and satisfying. I had the "classic beef and cheddar" which hit the spot, along with an order of curly fries.

We went inside to order. There are max five people in the lobby at a time. The fries are a bit oily, but nicely flavored otherwise. I also got a side salad, and I asked for Ranch to go with it. The classic chicken sandwich was okay. It was all brown at first glance and the wrapping didn't help. The mayo added flavor and helped with the dryness of the chicken. There was a good amount of lettuce. The Jamocha shake was really good, would recommend.
