Positive: Friendly staff & location is Right off of I-10, had decent breakfast options with cereals, waffle maker, fresh fruits etc. Overall the room was spacious enough and seemed clean. Negative: Back parking lot was not well lit & had large utility trucks & ones with boats/trailers taking most of parking spaces and overall parking area didn¿t feel safe. AC was pretty old, acting finicky with non working switches & didn¿t cool properly.

Love the Hilton line of Hotels. While the Double Tree line has the best warm cookies, the Hampton Inn has a free warm breakfast. Although, depending on location whether the food is good or not. Free but really needs work.

The overall quality of the room was satisfactory, however, the experience was awful. We arrived to the hotel close to 2AM and after getting settled in the room I made sure to add the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. At 9:30AM housekeeping was banging on the door and when I struggled to wake up, she attempted to come into the room. Thankfully, I had the internal lock on the door. Then at 10:20AM I was woken up again by a phone call from housekeeping asking if I needed more time to check- out. Awful!

We stop here every time we head to California. Never have we been disappointed. Building is just far enough off the highway to keep noise to a minimum. Rooms are clean and of a nice size. Staff has always been pleasant. Just another nice stay, thanks.
