After a long day and evening of Traveling (late June) we arrived at the Hotel about 11:30 pm. Walked in and it was soooo hot. As we walked into the hallway to go to our room it was even hotter. Like the heater was full blast. Our room was equally hot. We were exhausted and very annoyed to have to wait at least a hr for our room we paid for to cool down enough to go to sleep. I called to complain. The front desk clerk was very apologetic and offered to refund our money. It was to late to go somewhere else so we stayed. Our room did cool down. The room itself was very clean, bed was so comfortable. The next morning we checked out. I spoke with the Manager. He explained the AC situation and it was getting fixed. There was complimentary breakfast. I sat and watched the Manager and other help clean tables, wipe off counters as well as make sure everything they offered was fresh. Do I recommend this Hotel? Yes. Staff was very friendly, very clean, comfortable bed and good breakfast 🍳

Positive: Quiet, comfortable bed. Strong water pressure in shower. Air/Heat worked good Negative: Just need of upkeep of general construction. For example, chunks of grout missing in bathroom floor, ceiling bulge from water leak, etc. This is likely due to pandemic funds. Glad it's still in business - hope to see these types of things fixed.

This was a good place to stay. Needs a little work but the essentials, bed shower pool and staff were accommodating. See stayed in 2 rooms. Mine looked like the ceiling in the bathroom was going to fall in from a leak on 3rd floor.... Stuff like that. Little details but overall nice. Pool was a little cloudy but hot tub and sauna were awesome. I think the funding for repairs is probably a little low because of COVID. Glad the hotel made it out thru. Stayed here in 2018 same it was a 10. Today closer to 7.5 but very clean and quiet. I didn't have the breakfast. There is a refrigerator and micro in room, and plenty of channels on TV. I'd stay again

Good place to stay, dog friendly, breakfast smelled amazing. They have a refillable water bottle station, 24 hours laundry unit for guest, hot tube, and gym. Only stayed a night but if I pass through again, I would definitely stay here again.
