I gained consciousness in the ER, and from what I remember the staff was kind and courteous. They made sure I was warm and made me comfortable. I really liked the nurse who took care of me. I had a good experience with everyone who helped me. I wish Providence would support their nurses better though, because they're the backbone of a hospital. They made me feel safe and taken care of, despite being understaffed and I really appreciate how they took care of me. Thank you nurses.

All of the staff were very kind. Helped in anyway they could. Wait time was 45 min which is completely reasonable. Only thing I wish could change is when you have patients in the hallways, please take more care when discussing patients information. I could hear what was going on with the 2 patients around me and I'm sure they could hear my private information. Not sure of those are hipaa issues but it should be addressed.

I have been here for 4 hours so far.... and watched many many people come in fresh and get seen while I wait in the waiting room in pain. More people are getting seen that are coming in now then those of us who wait patiently. Then a nurse tells me how full it is while I'm sitting here for hours watching it dwindle with no new patients. But if a new patient shows up for some reason they are going to go before us. Unfortunately people have to go here.

Do NOT go to this ER if you’re expecting to actually get treated by physicians who care about your health. A physician here recommended me to do a 4th CT in the span of 4 days which is way too much radiation. I requested another doctor who agreed with me that I shouldn’t do it. Both doctors that worked on my care left before even checking in with me to discharge me, and forgot to prescribe the pain medication I NEED. i cannot even begin to describe the inconsiderate, disgusting, rude behavior I received today. My husband and I both said we’re not sure how this hospital still has a license. Every experience we’ve had here has been terrible. Unfortunately it’s the only hospital in ambulance range and I was taken by ambulance. The doctors made comments on my weight, was frustrated I was there in the first place and overall treated me terrible. The only good part was an amazing nurse named Danielle who treated me with respect and like I was a human who was in need of medical attention. Thank you Danielle, many people here need to be fired. And doctors need to lose their license.

As you should know with ANY Emergency Room, they take patients in order of medical urgency. I have seen the nurses debate who to bring back when there are 5 or 6 people with the same urgency to be taken back, but only 1 room open at the time.

Where do I go for MRI
