There's always a bunch of little mistakes at this Boli's but this last time got to me. I waited 1 hour for a pick up order, Large Pizza and Breadsticks, only for it to be messed up. They didn't apologize for the wait and when I got home and called to complain about the mistake they wanted me to come back in and waste more time. I refused so they wanted picture proof before doing anything (annoying but sure I guess). Afterwards they tried to say the picture shows I got the right order and that it didn't take long, I had just left. I was sitting there on my phone since I got there! In the end they wouldn't even refund my card, they just gave me credit for another order. I worked in food service for years so I get mistakes happen. But this place just has too many too often, and they handle things terribly.

Terrible. Highly disrespectful. Racist don’t value customers or money. I have made several complaints. About there service and business. Owner nor the county cares about there nasty unsanitary habits. The woman who is in management must be owners wife. She has no respect think they can use police as scare tactics. In doing business serving food when customer are unhappy and want refunds. They will lie promise you your money back. Then say they can’t refund it. Owner not there. Come back. All lies. I have video evidence. No one cares

Good Cheesesteak. I didn't make any special request other than added mayo. I will order from here again. The fries were great, nice and crispy. I'd like to add that the plain cheesesteak is big and you probably can't eat it alone and also that people in this area are very cruel with their reviews, they need to realize 1 star is not the only option available and that they are affecting a small businesses livelihood.
