My entire family enjoys this location on any day at any time. The food is always fresh to order and they are happy to fix any problems or issues. If you are food particular, we have learned to check before we drive away. But the mobile app and the drive thru make ordering quick.

This was in a taco. Employees had no answer when i went back other then to offer me another taco. Even posted my receipt. Won’t ever come back to this spot and will definitely be contacting the higher positioned people who own this jack in the box.

I'll start with the good aspects. I enjoy the food a lot, especially the egg rolls and tiny tacos are my favorite menu items. Another good thing I like is that it's open late, and the restaurant owner is a really down to earth gentleman. Unfortunately, there are some cons at this particular establishment. Firstly, The lack of employment is a serious problem here. Many times you'll go to the drive thru late at night to be met with "Systems are down" or "We don't have a cashier, we do not have anyone to take your order" if this is s problem frequently it'd be better to just close overnight. Second is the overnight manager. For privacy I will not reference a name, but she's a very rude, self-centered and very entitled person who gives you a terrible attitude when asking her simple questions. Working with her before she gave me a nasty attitude simply because I asked if everything was in the bag. "If I bagged it, everything is correct". Third is unfortunately the location itself. It's very small and there is 3 ways to get into this place and with even a smaller drive thru. If you dine in the drink machine is still down and had been for many months. Conclusion: The food is great, and if you want good service visit this place in the mornings or afternoons. Otherwise you'll run the risk of encountering the same issues listed within the review.

Yes this is mold, i feel so sick at the moment seeing this halfway through eating it and I'm now throwing up. I will never go there again.
