Every single staff we talked to was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was huge and clean. Breakfast was a large variety that was constantly being replenished. I can't say anything bad about our stay, they do a great job!!

Booked this hotel online. The pictures looked nice. When you arrive inside the room and it has ear plugs that is a Red Flag. The room was ok, But the hotel is in the flight plan of the airport. So after jet noise stops around 3am the train comes by blowing it's horn long and loud. Get back to sleep 4am the next train blows long and loud. And at 6am the labours start cranking trucks and cooling them off. So if you need sleep you should avoid this hotel. They do offer a breakfast. Also no refund on a online booking.

Positive: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool was clean and the desk clerks were helpful. The AC was fairly quite (although it did blow on the bed and there was no way to adjust the louvers). Negative: Hotel is on a four lane highway with train tracks running alongside it. There were freight trains in the middle of the night, constant traffic noise and jets flying overhead late at night. They didn't clean the room once during my 4 night stay.

A TRUTHFUL & FAIR REVIEW: We stayed at this hotel a few weeks back with family and I thought I'd share some photos and give a fair review since most of the reviews here are extreme one way or another. This hotel is located in a busy and sketchy neighborhood, it is in need of a major renovation, but with that said, the pricing matched what we got. We read reviews ahead of time and knew that there was a train across the street as well as a lot of traffic. So we brought our white noise generator with us when we came so we didn't have any issues sleeping. We had a room that was located inside a hallway and not an outside entrance, so this also helped with not hearing all the noise. The room we were in had red stains and holes in the curtains, there were several patches in the ceiling that hadn't been painted, and the rooms were in desperate need of a deep cleaning from housekeeping. That said, the sheets were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was large enough to fit my family (6 total). Overall, this room was $200+ a night cheaper than anywhere else we looked at! We really liked that out was next to the QT so we were able to walk next door for drinks and snacks for the kids. I hope that they renovate soon and touch up the minor details and we'll definitely be back.
